6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The user is obliged:

7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
7.1. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.1.1. Became public property before its loss or disclosure.
7.1.2. It was received from a third party until it was received by the Site Administration.

8. DISPUTES RESOLUTION

We picked up the necessary aircraft and provided available capacities in it within two days, at peak times, when in standard mode the cargo is processed in advance a week in the USA.
In 1 day, they took and safely delivered the cargo from the factory in New York to Chicago airport by land.

In order to maintain sub-zero temperatures for the 2-hour loading of meat in Abu Dhabi (where it is very hot), we decided to repack the cargo: add dry ice to the package, which will maintain the temperature during loading / unloading and transportation itself.
In a short time, we found a packer who added dry ice, observing all the norms. However, difficulties arose: the payment from the customer did not go through on time, so the packer refused to release the goods from his warehouse. This meant that the flight would not have taken place: the departure schedule would have been violated, and the next available board would not be until a week later. This doubled the cost of transportation, and was unacceptable.
In this situation, we, with the help of our reliable partner network, settled the issue: we negotiated for the packer to release the cargo on schedule during the evening non-working and receive payment on the next business day.
